- Any guest under any circumstances, if found Covid positive while in hotel or elsewhere, Citron Tours LLC will not be responsible for any extension, hospitalization, rescheduling of flight bookings, deportation, emergency evacuation or death due to Covid-19 or any other means. All expenses incurred for the same must be borne by the customer.
- Citron Tours LLC will not be responsible for change in travel regulation which may interrupt or cause change in the travel plan at any point post confirmation of services.
- Citron Tours LLC will not be responsible for cancellation of this package due to any changes in Govt. rules and regulation of respective countries.
- As a Travel House/Tour operator, Citron Tours LLC doesn’t have any control over Airline/Railways/Coach/Shipping companies or any other facilities provided by the third parties
